The Delavan 5950-111E PowerFlo Bypass Diaphragm Pump can produce flow rates up to 5 gpm (19 lpm) and pressures up to 60 psi (4.1 bar), making it an ideal sprayer pump for low pressure agricultural spraying, lawn spraying, fluid transfer applications, and more.

Powered by a 12V DC electric motor, this Delavan bypass pump delivers the power and performance you can rely on for low pressure, low volume spraying applications. The pump comes equipped with Viton valves and a Santoprene diaphragm, providing the chemical resistance required to pump and spray a variety of common agricultural chemicals, including liquid fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, and other hard-to-handle fluids.

Featured on this Delavan 5950-111E Bypass Pump is a quick attach port system that makes it much easier and convenient for the operator to connect and disconnect hoses to the pump, with no tools or hassle required.

Bypass pumps are common in applications where a wide range of flows and pressures are required and when frequent stopping and starting of the motor is required ; for example, a spray bar with multiple nozzles, each controlled separately. The pump will continue to run regardless of pressure in the system. For the spray bar example, the flow rate is different when one nozzle is turned on as opposed to having two or more nozzles turned on. As nozzles are turned off, excess flow is bypassed within the pump. Bypass pumps are useful in applications where automatic demand switches aren't required.

It is recommended to use the TeeJet AA122 Series Poly Line Strainer to filter out contaminates that may enter your bypass pump. Also, since bypass pumps require the use of a pressure regulator, it is recommended to use the TeeJet 23120 Poly Regulator.
