Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will get a second notification with tracking when your order ships.
Free local pickup
Select local pickup at checkout and skip shipping costs entirely. Your order will be ready within 1–2 business days at 200 Eastport Blvd, Hamilton, ON L8H 7S4. We will email you when it is ready, along with pickup hours and instructions.
Local delivery — $25
We deliver within a 25 km radius of our Hamilton facility for a flat $25. Deliveries run 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays. We will text the phone number you provide at checkout on the day of delivery.
Shipping within Canada
Orders ship from our Hamilton, Ontario facility. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight, and estimated transit times are shown with each option.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to the United States, and you can order and pay directly on this site. Three things to know before you check out:
- Prices and shipping are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your card issuer will convert at their exchange rate.
- Duties, taxes and customs brokerage are not included at checkout. The carrier collects these from you before delivery. What you owe depends on the item and its country of origin.
- Add customs clearance time to the transit estimate shown at checkout.

Backorders and lead times
We carry substantial inventory, but some parts are ordered in. If anything on your order is not on the shelf, we will contact you with a lead time rather than holding the whole order without telling you.
Damaged or missing shipments
Please inspect your order on arrival. If something is damaged or missing, email parts@canvacsystemsinc.ca within 5 business days with your order number and photos, and we will take it up with the carrier.
